Pizza Express, Knutsford

This scheme, located within the heart of Knutsford, involved the part demolition of an existing A3 unit and the construction of a spacious new dining area with open kitchens, basement toilets and storage accommodation. The building is located within the Knutsford town centre Conservation Area and was subject to rigorous planning and conservation review. Despite its confined site, the building is light and airy and a popular destination for Knutsford diners.
