The two storey extension has been designed as a light weight copper clad wedge inserted within the light well of the existing building. The project is due for completion later this year

15 Windmill Street is located within the Deansgate / Peter Street Conservation Area, a part of Manchester's city centre which has seen significant regeneration within recent years. The existing Edwardian building is to be fully renovated and refurbished as commercial office space. A new two storey steel and glass extension provides additional floor area with spectacular views accross the city centre.
