The development comprises of the refurbishment and extension to an
existing Grade II listed office building in Central Manchester Conservation
Area. The two storey extension has been designed as a light weight
copper clad wedge inserted within the light well of the existing building.

Conservation Area, a part of Manchester's city centre which has seen
significant regeneration within recent years. The existing Edwardian
building is to be fully renovated and refurbished as commercial office
space. A new two storey steel and glass extension provides additional
floor area with spectacular views accross the city centre.
