Project:
The scheme comprises ground floor kitchen and open plan living and
dining areas, and two first floor bedrooms with ensuite facilities and a
spacious balcony to the rear. The challenging site constraints led to an
innovative, modern design, which despite its contemporary appearance
respects the scale and massing of the surrounding Victorian dwellings.
